GJD Services have now moved into their new
dedicated engine and APU dismantling and
recycling facility,
just a stones throw from Hampshire's Farnborough
Airport.
The
facility has already processed 2 RB211's and 3 J79's as
well as a number of Russian built
engines.
It
is a credit to the ability of GJD engineers, taking
apart Russian engines with no manuals or special
tools, and which are fundamentally designed to be
thrown away and not be modular
serviced.
GJD
offer their service to either dismantle engines
or apu's for clients for a fixed fee, or will
purchase redundant engines for recycling, we also offer
parts to aviation schools and collages as de
commissioned training
aids.
